Good start for Recital osr

David Fountain from Delavals Farm in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire was quite pleased with his first Recital oilseed rape harvest.

The crop cut at 4.25t/ha which he said was very good and it was evenly ripe and looked good.

“We will definitely grow it again next year,” he said.

Despite the weather now being “horrible, wet and not very nice”, Mr Fountain has finished what he can for now and will not be looking to start combining wheat for a while.
