The winter wheat harvest is finally underway with growers in eastern and southern parts of the UK seeing some promising early yields.
 
Reports of the first spring crops being harvested are also filtering in with one grower in Wiltshire managing to cut some of his Cheerio spring barley.
 
Oilseed rape remains variable whilst the winter barley harvest is well underway across the UK including reports from Scotland.
