YARA RECALLS FERTILISER

FERTILISER MAKER Yara has recalled a single batch of fertiliser after a trace element of asbestos was discovered in the manufacturing process.

The firm is confident it has contacted every grower who received some of the fertiliser.

“We take all cases of health and safety very seriously and recalled the affected batch immediately,” said a spokesman.
