Arla beefs up board with new non-exec

Dairy processor Arla Foods UK has appointed a new non-executive director, in the form of John Warren.

He will join the Arla board on 1 February.

He has previously acted as group finance director for stationer WH Smith and United Biscuits, and will shortly become non-executive director at casino owner, the Rank Group.

Mr Warren will succeed Peter Cawdron who retires from the board at the end of January.
