Co-operation boosts farming returns

Successful farmer co-operation in the Dutch dairy sector is paying dairy farmers up to 2p/litre more than their UK counterparts, says Dairy Farmers of Britain.

In conjunction with English Farming and Food Partnerships and DEFRA, 16 DFB members visited Holland to see how co-operation and integration into processing has boosted farm returns.
