Farmers Weekly is carrying out a nationwide survey to benchmark pay and conditions across the agricultural sector and to get a feel for levels of career satisfaction.
The survey is open to anyone who is employed either on a farm or in any part of agriculture’s wider supply chain.
So if you are a farmworker, tractor driver, stockman, herdsman or farm manager we want to hear your views. Likewise if you are a consultant, agronomist, sales person or feed nutritionist.
We also want to make sure we hear from people of all ages, so we are keen that people take part whether they are at the start, or nearing the end of their farming career.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and the information provided will be treated completely anonymously.
However, all respondents will have their names entered into a prize draw with £1,000 on offer.
The questions delve into your pay and conditions, what attracted you to working in agriculture and whether you feel your employer offers the reward and recognition you would like.
This is the second time that Farmers Weekly has teamed up with De Lacy Executive to carry out the survey.
Our aim is to inform the debate about how the agricultural industry makes sure it attracts, retains and develops the best staff.
