Farmers asked to limit phone calls to the RPA

Farmers have been asked not to contact the Rural Payments Agency’s Customer Service Centre unless they have been asked to do so or unless they wish to obtain an entitlement transfer form.

The CSC will offer a service to deal with SPS payment and entitlement from 6 March.

But prior to that date, the CSC will prioritise queries to help complete outstanding validations, so wants to minimise the number of other queries it is getting.

“Customers are asked to only contact CSC before 6 March if they have been asked to do so by the RPA in order to resolve a query or if they wish to obtain a form to transfer entitlements.”
