A well-equipped Devon livestock farm is for sale this week, as well as small grassland blocks in the West Midlands and arable land in South Yorkshire.

A 140-acre Devon livestock farm with a good range of farm buildings is for sale at a guide price of £2.5m for the whole, or in three lots.

Small grassland opportunities

Two small blocks of grassland in the West Midlands are for sale.

A 20-acre parcel of grazing land near Norton Canon, North Herefordshire, is for sale at a guide price of between £160,000 and £180,000. (Berrys 01544 598080)

In Shropshire, land at Much Wenlock offers about 27 acres of grass and woodland in a ring fence and is for sale at a guide price of £182,000. About 19 acres of grassland is well drained and suitable for cereals. (Berrys 01743 271 697).

Land near Doncaster airport

A 62-ace ring-fenced block of land near Doncaster, South Yorkshire, is for sale at a guide price of £480,000.

The Grade 3 land at Hayfield Lane is free draining and includes 17 acres of amenity woodland with about 21 acres put to arable. A secure yard contains a portal-framed building and lean-to.

It is currently let on a Farm Business Tenancy, which expires in August.
