UK feed wheat prices dipped in the week to 2 August, losing £1.80/t on the previous week to average £134.30/t ex-farm spot. In contrast, the price for full-spec breadmaking wheat rose by £1.40/t to average £146.10/t, as widespread rain increased concerns over potentially deteriorating quality, said traders.
