Local RAU students have scholarship last chance
Aspiring farm students living near the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester have the chance to win a scholarship.
The RAU has launched a Cirencester scholarship, for prospective students who live or have studied within 25 miles of the university in the last two years.Â
Applicants who show enough academic excellence will earn £3,000 a year off their fees, over the length of their course. That means a three-year undergraduate could save £9,000 in total.
There are three scholarships available: two for undergraduates and one for postgrads.
The awards can be used on all courses, including full degrees, foundations degrees and short courses.
Anyone keen to apply has to hurry: the deadline for applications is 31 May. They will hear if they are successful by the end of August.
More information and the online application form is on the RAU website.
