New Bells Farm sells for guide price of £2.75m

New Bells Farm, the 313-acre Haughley Green farm in Suffolk that was originally owned by Soil Association founder Lady Eve Balfour, has been sold.

Brought to the market in early summer 2008 with a guide price of £2.75m, New Bells Farm has a Grade II* listed farmhouse which stands in its own mature gardens and grounds, a range of modern and traditional farm buildings and Grade 3 arable land.

Launched early in the summer, it was sold as a whole to a local purchaser. Savills and Fenn Wright were joint agents.
