Stags is looking for offers of more than £600,000 for just over 44ha (109 acres) of ring-fenced productive arable and pasture land in 10 fields at Kingswear near Dartmouth, Devon.

It has road frontage on three sides and has been in organic production for the last five years. Most of the ground is currently sloping pasture but has been in arable production in the past. Soil is free-draining and the land is well fenced for cattle and sheep.
