Succession when you farm and your siblings don’t

One of the most common succession problems is where there are both farming and non-farming family members that have to be considered during a succession transfer.

This obviously raises big issues about who is entitled to what and how the farming son, daughter or perhaps niece or nephew can continue to farm without breaking up the holding.
