Video: Young Farmer gives ‘dabbing’ masterclass in Torquay

A Suffolk farmer has become an internet sensation after owning the dance floor with his dazzling ‘dabbing’ move at the Young Farmers Annual Convention in Torquay.

He emerged the star of a Farmers Weekly video showcasing the top five dance moves of the opening night, with over 32,000 people viewing the clip in the first 24 hours.

Farmers Weekly tracked down this glorious groover to get to know the man behind the move.

This ‘dabber’ extraordinaire has been revealed as Bury St Edmunds Young Farmer Owen Staveley, who kindly offered to show Farmers Weekly’s Tim Relf how to perform a perfect dab.

“Timing – the arms and head must be pristine at the same time.”

“The Staveley Wiggle. The rhythm took over, but essentially it’s all in the shoulders.”
