Tarmac offloads land

Savills is about to launch 92 acres of productive arable land at Lavant near Chichester, Sussex.

It is to be sold in two lots – 70 acres which are let on an annual Farm Business Tenancy agreement and 22 acres subject to an Agricultural Holdings Act company tenancy.

The land is owned by Tarmac, and mineral rights are to be retained. It is guided at £5750/acre for lot one and £2000/acre for lot two.
