8200gns top for Dungannon Charolais

Charolais bulls sold to a top of 8200gns at Dungannon on Monday, with the top call paid for the senior male and overall reserve champion, Corrick Firestone. This one has a TSI of +13, an SRI +21 and is a son of 55,000gns Thrunton Voldemort. Out of a Coolnaslee bred cow, he was bred and exhibited by Cecil McIlwaine, Newtownstewart and sold to John McBride, Plumbridge, Tyrone.  

Next at 5200gns was Mountain Eddie from Liam Johnston, Enniskillen. He is by Lisbawn Valour and out of a Derrygiff dam, Taking this one home was Thomas Grant, Donaghmore, Newry.

A bid of 4800gns then secured the junior male and overall champion Moorlough Falcon from James McBride, Strabane.  This Oldstone Egbert son sold to George Wallace, Enniskillen.  

And taking a 4100gns bid was Tonaghmore Firestone from Harold Crawford, Fintona. He is by Mullaghbane Topline and sold to the Devlin Brothers, Coagh.
