Ballymena Limousin trade tops at 2,700gns

Limousin females peaked at 2,700gns at the British Limousin Society’s collective sale at Ballymena on Saturday (11 Jan).

Trade topper was Castlerock’s R Savage’s November-2012 born heifer Aghadolgan Hesme, sired by the Objat son Cloughhead Ernie and out of the homebred dam Aghadolgan Filly – a Sympa daughter. She was purchased by H Miskelly, Ballynahinch, who bought 21 lots in total.
