Border and Lakeland Holsteins sell to 2200gns

Taking the top call at last week’s Border and Lakeland Holstein sale at Carlisle was a heifer from K and E Robinson at 2200gns.

This one was Hebrides Bradley Carmen, a Rockalli Bradley daughter out of Hebrides Lyster Carmen, a Ticet Lyster daughter. Bred by K and E Robinson, she sold to C and L Mair, Mouswald.

Selling at 2050gns was Hebrides Eddie Nan again from the Robinsons, a Weaverline Bench Eddie daughter out of Hebrides Raven Nan, an S Fermo Aerostar Raven daughter. She sold having calved in June, to W Clark, Ecclefechan.

Then making 2000gns was Aghavilly Marker Nancy from Noel McGarragher, a Southland Marker daughter out of Aghavilly Juror Nancy, a Ked Juror daughter. Having calved in mid July she sold to Newheaton Holsteins, Cornhill-on-Tweed.
