Carlisle Charolais champion to Esmor Evans
Hot off the press from Borderay Mart here is the champion from the pre-sale show of Charolais.
Winning this one was Esmor Evans with Mandela Dillon 1 and ET bred son of Major out of Mandela Viral, a Domino daughter. Bred by Ultan Lynch, this is a November 2008-born bull which was the intermediate champion prior to standing overall champion.
Standing reserve overall was the junior champion Anside Excalibur from Martin Irvine, a Balmyle Bollinger son out of Darshams Vienna, a Moyness Rendezvous. This has a TSI 28 and an SRI of +37.

In class 12 the win went to Bassett Earl (lot 151) a Balmyle Vagabond son out of Bassett Ursula. Second in this class was Caylers Emperor (lot 149), and third was Midlock Edward(lot 154).
Class 13 was won by Anside Excalibur(lot 164), details as above, second was Maerdy Elwyn(lot 166) and third was Caylers Echo(lot 172).
Taking class 14 was Rumsden Eros (lot 189) a Doonally New son out of Rumsden Virtu. Second was Solwayfirth Earl (lot 177) and third was Wesley Emperor (lot190).
Then in the 15th class it was a win for Balmyle Elwood (lot 194) a Sackville Adonis son out of Balmyle Plum, he has a TSI of 33 and an SRI of 41. In second was Edenhurst Ensign (lot 199) and third was Panmure Eddie (lot 205).
And the final class of bulls was won by Hallbankgate Enbark (lot 210), this is by Moelfre Ambassador out of Hallbankgate Venue, he has a TSI of +46 and an SRI of +50. In second was Mortimer Elvis (lot 213) and third went to Edenhurst Epic (lot 217).
