Carlisle Lims:Class 12 to Ampertaine Goldcard

We are now half way through the classes- here’s the latest results from class 12

Taking prime position in class 12 was lot 140 Ampertaine Goldcard from W J and J McKay, Co Derry. This one is by Sympa and out of Ampertaine Duchess. This one was overall male champion at the Northern Ireland championship in July.

In reserve was J D Rainey’s Claragh Gizmo. This one is by Wilodge Vantastic and out of Haltcliffe Avon. Gizmo has a 400 day growth EBV of +76 and is inside the top 2% for the breed. Gizmo is full brother to Claragh Franco who sold fro 24,000gns at Carlisle in May 2011.

In third place was C V and E M Lewis’ Garyvaughan Geoff from Plumtree Deus and out of Garyvaughan Ellie. Geoff is one of the first sons of Plumtree Deus to be offered for sale.

In fourth place was lot 141 Claragh Gustav from Wilodge Vantastic and out of Haltcliffe Avon. Gustav carries a 400 day growth EBV of +87 and a beef value of LM+41- both in the top 1% for the breed.
