IntraBath livestock footbath from Quill Productions consists of two separate plastic baths joined by a central grille.
This grille prevents 60% of dirt and manure from dropping into the bath itself, meaning farmers don’t have to change the solution as often. It has 35% less capacity than a traditional footbath so less product is needed to treat hooves.
The design apparently encourages cows not to rush through the bath, resulting in hooves staying in contact with the liquid for longer. It costs £515.
