Dungannon Charolais females hit 3800gns
Charolais females sold to a top price of 3800gns at Dungannon yesterday when Drummerheave Cynthia, a two year old Doonally New daugter out of a Dartonhall cow sold to Sean Houston, Strabane.
Two then sold for 3000gns, the first of which was Tonaghmore Daisy. This 21 month old Crannon Vincent daughter was sold by Harold Crawford to Will Short, Omagh. the other at this money was 19 month old Brownhill Dolly from Martin Devine. She sold to Rob Todd, Banbridge.
At 2100gns was Tullylagan Carol, a Tullylagan Patrick daughter from Stewart Hammond. She sold to R H Sinnamon, Pomeroy.
Three lots the traded at 2000gns. Toberlane Beth, a rising three year old by Oldstone Egbert William Causey, Cookstown changed hands to M Okane, Bellaghy. Brian Phair’s two year old Doonally New sired Corryglass Candy sold to D McCall, Armargh, while the third 2000gns bid was made by Alan Clyde, Antrim for Gortdonaghy Daisey, an 18 month old Celtic Vichy daughter from Gordon Cutler, Enniskillen.
