Early Carlisle Beltex tup lamb prices

Some of the early Beltex tup lambs have caught the crowds’ attention, with a number of them making four figures.

First to reach this mark was Burnside Phenomenon from T J Palmer, this Hollylane Kosmos son sold at 2400gns to Messrs Cruickshank.

(hutch)304w.jpgThen making 1800gns was the best of the Drumchapel pen, Drumchapel Platinum, a Kingledores Mighty Mac son. And at 1000gns was Lothian Paddy from Greg Laughton, this one is a Headlind Lackey son, bred by ET.

Second best of the day so far was a 2200gns sale for Callacrag Playboy from Andrew Baillie. He is by Ardstewart Charles and sold to Jock McMillan for his Clary flock.
