The highest calving ease bull in the catalogue, Blelack Elias (lot 278), from Neil and Graeme Massie has just sold away at 4500gns. This is a Thrunton Socrates son out of Blelack Avril, a Pedr Tennessee daughter. He has a TSI of +34 and an  SRI of +32, coupled with a calving ease figure of +18.1.

Then taking the best of the day at 8500gns was Elrick Eubank, a first prize winner from Michael Massie. This one is by Blelack Nextnews and out of Elrick Aspen, a Pedr Tennessee daughter. He went with a TSI of +38 and an SRI of +45 to Messrs Howells, Wales.TS Perth Char Lot 288.jpg

Then at 4800gns was Blelack Eros from Neil and Graeme Massie. He’s a Thurnton Socrates son out of Blelack Anthea, a Bassingbourn Ralph daughter. He went with impressive figures, with a TSI of +47 and an SRI of +53.

Following on at the same money was Corrie Envy from Duncan MacGregor, this is by Harestone Tadorne and out of Corrie Tulip, a Corrie Regal daughter. He sold with a TSI of +24 and an SRI of +29

And at 8000gns was Thrunton Envoy from the Campbell family. Sired by Newhouse Bigal, the 22,000gns sire, he is out of Thrunton Pearly, a Maerdy Location daughter and has a TSI of +35 and an SRI of +32. Buying this was David Stobart, Cracrop.
