Good trade for Willstock Holsteins

Exceptional trade was seen at the dispersal of the Roe Family’s Willstock dairy herd, with all lots making more than 2000gns.


Producing no less that 16 lots, the sale was topped by an April calved heifer, Willstock Weston 80th, by Pagen-Emwood. Giving 29.8kg daily she sold for 2520gns and heads to Kent.


The top priced cow was also from the Weston family- Willstock Weston 76th, a March second calver by Sandel. Selling for 2250gns, she also heads to Kent.


Incalf heifers due to the Aberdeen Angus in February sold to 1750gns for Willstock Flower 69th, by Kings-Ransom M Duce and out of Flower 60th who sold earlier in the sale for 1850gns. A pair of March 2007 born heifers from the princess and Betty families by the Ked Mtoto Jai and Hanno bulls sold for 1160gns each.


Heifer calves were also in demand selling to 660gns for Willstock Panda 116th, a March born calf by Sidahl Airraid.
