The Trenestrall herd was then back in the money at 3,200gns when selling their 22-month-old Trenestrall Joode. He sold to Messrs Hembrow, Braddock, Cornwall. This son of Westcarse Beefy is out of Trenestrall Goode, bringing +27, +46 and +58 figures for 200, 400 and 600 day weights.

The sale followed a high quality but small showing of cattle which was “much improved” on last year’s average of eight bulls at £2,802, explained Suzanne Stenner of the British Charolais Society.
