James Alexander was toasting success at Antrim Show where he topped the commercial classes with the aptly named “Black Magic”. This is the fourth show in a row for the Jalex team to come up trumps – all with homebred stock from their Toomebridge based suckler enterprise.
This was the first outing for Black Magic who is sired by the Jockey son Crillaune Armani.
Standing in reserve position was another from the same team – “Flash”, a Tullygarley Alibaba daughter who was also in the same spot at Armagh Show.
James kept up to date with the days judging results long distance style as he is currently in Las Vegas. “We are thrilled to have continued our show success at Antrim. This is one of our best years to date, and it is rewarding to get four championships with four different beasts.”
