Senior bull takes Charolais championship

It was no suprise to many round the Charolais ring that Neil Caul and Edward Clayhills Henderson’s senior Charolais bull Moyness Vivacious took the championship under judge John Wight, Biggar, as many had fancied him to take the title from seeing him in the stalls.

This July 2004 born bull is bred by Sandy Innes and is by Moyness Saltire and out of Moyness Precocious.

Taking the reserve spot was Murray lyle and Sons’ Lamerpark Champion, a son of Weybread Archie out of Lamerpark Ripple.

Taking the junior Charolais championship was R A Milne’s Elgin catherine, by Gower Versace out of Elgin Unity.
