Farmers have staged a national rally outside Downing Street to explain to politicians and the public that they are losing money on every pig sold.

The rally, under the campaign title Pigs are Still Worth It, has highlighted that the pig sector is being hammered by rocketing feed costs in tandem with lower prices paid by supermarkets.
