Northern Irish poultry processing company Moy Park has launched a new branded range of convenience chicken products supported by a TV campaign in the region.
The Moy Park branded products, which includes a range of a selection of breaded, fresh chicken and ready to eat meals, will be sold in independent stores across Northern Ireland
Moy Park believes these new branded products will feed a growing consumer demand for locally sourced food and provide a large domestic market for the 100 million chickens they process each year in Northern Ireland,
“We are always looking at ways to adapt and grow in line with consumer trends and in Northern Ireland there is a strong preference for locally sourced food. We also recognise that consumers are demanding healthy food that is quick to cook, which is why we have developed both fresh and convenience products under the Moy Park brand,” said Paul Burch, Moy Park accounts director Ireland.
“Whilst the poultry category is a competitive one, we are confident that our new products will win over NI consumers and hope that these new products are the first of many under the Moy Park brand.”
