Second day of Royal Welsh ends in fine form

With more than 60,000 people through the gates today the Royal Welsh is well on its way to retaining its place as the most popular farming show in the UK, more than 110,000 people have been here in the first two days, an incredible number of people for any event.

As the second day draws to a close its safe to say from a stock point of view its been a major success with the judging rings thronged from start to finish and plenty of quality stock to see.

Tomorrow see’s the dairy, pig and sheep interbreeds awards decided, so they’ll be plenty for me to comment on throughout the day.

In the meantime once again I’ve updated the picture gallery, so take a look and see what you’ve missed by not being here in person. I recommend the trip to Builth to anyone, but be sure to book your hotel early!
