Shorthorn sale split by bluetongue

This Saturday’s sale of Beef and Dairy Shorthorns has been split between two markets to enable cattle from both the bluetongue protection zone and the free area to be traded.

First under the hammer at 10am will be cattle from the free zone which will be sold at Wright Manley’s Beeston Castle centre. Then, at 1pm, cattle from the bluetongue protection zone will be sold at Frank Marshall and Co’s Chelford market.
