What a week for bull sales

Well, I think its fair to say it will be a long time before we see the bull trade of the last five days replicated.

The total amount spent on bulls in the last week is in excess of £2.5m, including a massive £1.25m spent on Charolais sires yesterday and nearly £0.75m spent on Limousins at Carlisle on Saturday. Alongside this the Simmentals had a grand day in Perth, taking more than £0.5m for their entries.
