Potato kit specialist Dewulf has added a 3.6m model to its SC cultivator line up that can prepare four 90cm beds.
It is designed to be carried on the tractor’s front or rear linkage, which means it can cultivate ahead of a potato planter in one pass.
The cultivator comes with 132 steel tines and a large 650mm diameter rotor that help make it one of the deepest-working implements of its type, says Dewulf. This means it prepares plenty of loose soil to create the best ridge formation.
There are also various spec options, including chisels and clod-breaking rollers.
Prices for the SC360 front-mounted model start at €19,360 (£17,345) and fall to €16,760 (£15,000) for the rear-mounted unit.
