Agritechnica 2025: 510hp SiloKing wagon caters for 2,000 cows

Armed with a 510hp Volvo engine and cavernous 45sq m tub, SiloKing’s SelfLine 4.0 System 2000+ claims to be the biggest self-propelled feed mixer ever built.

As the name suggests, it is designed for use on farms with about 2,000 cows – and it can whip up enough grub to feed 320 in a single sitting.

Another home for the hulking machine will be colossal feed lots where it’ll be expected to churn out epic ration quantities around the clock.

Loading is carried out by an integrated front arm with 2.3m head and an elevator that transfers it to the tub. Here, three vertical augers thoroughly mix ingredients before they are discharged.

Helping spread the machine’s prodigious weight are four heavy-duty axles, all of which steer to improve manoeuvrability, with the first three benefiting from hydrostatic drive.
