Schuitemaker Rapide wagon gets bigger tyres and capacity

The latest loader wagon from Dutch firm Schuitemaker is the Rapide 7200 model with bigger compaction-busting 30.5in tyres.

It will be on sale in June this year and follows on from the firm’s Rapide 6600 model (also on 30.5in tyres) which appeared last year.

There is also a substantial jump in grass capacity from 39cu m to 42cu m, thanks to 60cm of extra width.

The bigger tyres will give reduced ground pressure, helping maintain a good ground structure, says the company, especially wet and muddy periods.

The Rapide 7200 can be delivered with or without beaters and is equipped as standard with a hydraulic suspended axle, electric/hydraulic steering and an integral hydraulic front board.

This model is also preprepared for central tyre inflation systems of the sort offered by firms such as Tractair and HM Trailers.
