On the edge of the Howardian Hills area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking the Vale of York, Europes most northerly lavender farm has become one of North Yorkshires fastest growing tourist attractions. Yorkshire Lavender, near Terrington, is the brainchild of farmer Nigel Goodwill. Helped by his children Emma Jane (pictured) and Sam, Mr Goodwill grows 50 different varieties and sells a full range of products including essential oils, soaps and tea.
