Banks Cargill goes online

AN INTERNET service was launched this week (w/e Nov 12) by grain trader Banks Cargill, which will allow farmers and buyers to view information about their trades.

The online account system will be able to supply contracts, samples, movements, weights and payment details 24 hours a day.

Over 1000 clients have said they plan to join the service, which can be accessed at

Alistair Knott, sales director at Banks Cargill said: “Our customers have shown real enthusiasm for innovative tools that can help reduce the time spent on the telephone, and this service provides a real step forward in providing quick, clear management information to help run their business.”
