Campaigners get leave to challenge quarantine law

A GROUP seeking to end Britains quarantine laws has been granted leave to challenge them in the High Court.

The Quarantine Abolition Fighting Fund claims the Government is in breach of a European Union law which ensures the freedom of movement of goods. The group would like to see freer movement of pets.
