Case IH to offer ABS on CVX

Case IH will show a 193hp Puma CVX with air-powered ABS at this year’s Agritechnica show. The system has apparently been developed by Case itself and uses the tractor’s existing hydraulic braking system as well as using a compressor to produce the air pressure for the ABS. This is not the first time tractors have been fitted with ABS – JCB has had an air-over-hydraulic system for some time and trucks have to have them.
