Coffee plunges as weather improves
COFFEE prices have started a downward spin after normal weather appeared to return to Brazil.
Widespread rainfall this week ended the dry spell that has damaged Brazils coffee crop.
The January contract for robusta in London lost $108 or 7% at one stage.
