Stolen farm equipment recovered as man arrested

Stolen agricultural equipment has been recovered after police arrested a man suspected of farm burglaries.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of several burglaries in the Chichester district, relating to thefts of agricultural equipment.

Officers executed a stolen goods warrant at an address in Halnaker, where a quantity of stolen property was recovered following a search.

The suspect was later released on police bail until Wednesday 22 July while investigations continue.

Sussex Police say they are working to identify the owners of the items recovered.
