Dalgety chief in line for £1.4m pay-off
DALGETY chief executive Ken Hanna is in line for a pay-off of up to £1.4 million when he leaves the agricultural conglomerate later this year.
He is guaranteed a £387,500 bonus if he successfully completes the sale of Dalgetys petfoods and flour businesses and a £675m cash return to shareholders.
He could also be awarded a termination payment of up to two years pay, worth £620,000.
