Ex-M&S men to put food on Net

TWO former Marks and Spencer directors are to launch an internet retailing business to compete with supermarkets.

Nigel Robertson and Roger Whiteside have been recruited by LM Solutions to tap into the 600 billion-a-year European market for groceries, reports the Financial Times.

The two men hope to launch their business in a years time and say it will provide a complete shopping service.
