REGULATIONS governing live sheep exports have been finalised by DEFRA and should arrive on exporters desks today (Mar 1).
DEFRA had to draw up new procedures once EU vets decided earlier this month to lift the ban on live sheep exports from Britain imposed during the foot-and-mouth crisis. *
