THE onward roll of the sun-dried tomato sees its appearance in one of two new chicken products from Sun Valley.
Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Kiev is a filled portion of breast meat with olive oil and basil butter. The second product is a Mexican Chicken Quarter Pounder made from breast meat with a salsa and Nacho cheese topping and coated in crunchy tortilla chips.
The new lines are a response to growing demand for “exciting and fashionable flavours,” says Sun Valley.
