Frost boosts coffee futures
COFFEE futures have surged following signs that Brazils crop could be badly damaged by frost, reports the Financial Times.
Benchmark prices jumped by 16% to their highest levels for several months, after freezing temperatures hit the worlds largest exporters crop.
London-based robusta closed up $119 at $1022.
