Have you got three acres to sell?
I AM writing on behalf of a retired gentleman who is struggling to understand the farming situation.
He owns 15 retired greyhounds and is looking to sell his house and buy a plot of land to house his dogs on and site a mobile home.
He assumed that if he offered, say, 10,000 for a three-acre plot, he would have farmers snapping his hands off, not only for the money but also for the free security it could give if the polt was adjacent/near to isolated farm buildings.
Perhaps because he lives in the East Midlands all three-acre plots are pony paddocks, and no one is interested, but I find this hard to believe- if you can help please e-mail
