High quality cattle crushes last longer

HEAVY duty cattle crushes with high quality finishes should last longer, says manufacturer Penrite Livestock Systems.

Crushes in its new Millenium range feature access on both sides, a steel floor, rear gate and ratchet type backing up bar as standard, it says. Weighing and footcare facilities are available as optional extras.

Its 2000 model is available with a manual or automatic yoke. Both cost the same price.

The basic paint-finished 2000 cattle crush costs £995 and the galvanised model is priced at £1195 (01905-795545).
