House & land separate

THE Caversfield Estate, Oxon, is guided at in the region of £5m for the whole although the house and farm could be bought separately.

The estate, which is near Bicester and about 70 miles from London, includes 575 acres of grade 3 land of which 56 are amenity and commercial woodland.

The farm houses the Watergate Holstein dairy breeding herd and both the 1.4m litres of milk quota and the cows could be bought separately. The range of farm buildings include the necessary accommodation for dairying.

A six-bedroom farmhouse, a converted barn and two lodges are lotted with the farm.

Lot one includes the four-bedroom Caversfield House, a coach house and another two dwellings. Agent Carter Jonas is handling the sale.
